ENERGY MODELING
Energy modeling is mathematical interpretation of the buildings and/or systems simulating the energy usage, analyzing multiple aspects of the energy consumption and generates crucial information to optimize new and existing buildings. Energy models are providing guidance to minimize operational costs for new buildings and improve the efficiency and sustainability of existing buildings.
Energy modeling data are being used in energy assessment reports.
e2build provides reports with following information:
          > Predict the monthly and/or annual energy consumption and utility bills
            > Predict and estimate annual CO2 emissions
              > Comparing and analyzing different efficiency options
                > Determine life cycle payback on various scenarios and options
                  > Provide information and data for obtaining the incentives
e2build model the systems and different scenarios for your processes and/or buildings:
      > Building benchmarking – comparing with hypothetical buildings by applying different scenarios.
        > Building minimum baseline - minimum energy required for maintaining the building for both comfort and business requirements
          > Process modeling – applied science and mathematical modeling of the various systems and processes.
            > Energy modeling of replacing existing or installing the new systems.
